my mp3 wont play rhapsody music and i dont know why can you help its a megf40 ive talked to toshiba and rhapsody with no avail heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
According to other users on the web, you should be able to play rhapsody music on your F40. However, it does seem to be more complicated than it should be. Here's some useful threads I found when browsing:
The main gist is that you need to upgrade your Gigabeat firmware to version 3.0, use WMP10 mode on your player, and make sure your licenses for you music are up to date and correct. Other users have reported better success by upgrading to the Rhapsody "to go" service.
Also, I renamed your forum thread title to something a little shorter and more descriptive.

Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.
