I have an IRiver H10 5g player and it has been working fine until yesterday when I tried to play music and I get a "! Notice  This music has expired or failed to get license.  All of my music is current and my subscription is current and it won't play any music from anywhere, it won't download anything, without saying the license may be expired. 

 I have deleted everything, reloaded and updated firmware and nothing works.  Help, anyone?
