Hello there and a Happy New Year to all
I just bought my girlfriend a LG Chocolate phone for Christmas and we both like it very much.
The only problem is I cannot get it to connect to our 2 laptops. The error message "can't read from COM1" then "can't read mobile" comes up each time we try and connect.
We are using laptops that dont have USB2 ports and am using the USB cable supplied.The computers dont seem to recognise it.
I have tryed to contact LG UK but as yet no joy.
Please please can someone help as my girlfriend wants to put pics of our baby on her phone

Hi, Have you had any luck with this problem as i'm having a similar problem with mine. i cant transfer music on to my lg. chocolate phone from my laptop as the computer doesnt recognise the phone in the same way as yours doesnt. i had some music bluetoothed to my phone and when i connected it to the laptop its all transfered to the laptop and seems to have pinched memory from my phone. ?? if you have any ideas i'd be greatful, cheers JAYKAY.
