We just moved and have a Sony KV32V16 CRT TV. Everything was fine the first couple of days now there is no color from the tuner, Video 1, 2, or 3 ( Composite or S-Video).
But, There is color from the OSD (on screen display); both the typical green for volume and input selection, as well as red and yellow in the setup menu.
Audio is fine, Picture itself is fine - if this was actually a B&W Television.
I cracked open the back cover just in case during the move some thing came loose. No signs of loose cables, and I'm a lil chicken to try and reseat any of the modular boards till I figure out how to discharge the flyback (any clues would be appreciated).
But if anyone has any ideas if this is salvagable and what I could check (Have DMM will travel) to narrow down the cause, I'd surely appreciate not having to buy another TV right now after the expense of moving.
