I have jst brought a philips mp3 player, i have installed the CD but when i plug the mp3 player in screen comes up saying searching for new hardware and there is a back button, next button and cancel button but the whole box is flashing and will not do anything else, i took the first one back as this did the same but 2nd one still does it
Sounds like it is a windows recognition problem. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the CD following the instructions to a tee. If your PC doesn't recognize the hardware, go to your hardware device manager and go through the troubleshooting screens.
