I, of course, don't know your level of expertise regarding getting into the innards of your TV; however, if you're reasonably comfortable exploring, you need to determine where you're losing input voltage. You say the "fuse" is good, but consider that there is probably more than one fuse! Usually there is a low-voltage fuse and another that services the high-voltage components. A word of caution: Be sure the set is unplugged before you venture inside! Even then, some high-voltage components can hold a charge that will ruin your day! Acquiring a schematic of your set will be a lot cheaper than poking around indiscriminately. Good luck.
