i have a rca 52 projection tv. it was working fine i moved it from one side of the room to the other and now i have a black screen with a few chanels showing 74 to 95. i can get the menu up and the menu the a souble picture yellow and blue...... got any tips?
Well the channel problem is an easy one. Make sure your cable and antenna is connected and go into the menu and do a channel search. That should get you back your channels. When most, if not all RCA sets are unplugged or lose power, the set loses its channel programming memory. Now for the yellow and blue picture. Your going to have to go inside with the set unplugged and make sure all the boards on the end of the picture tubes are plugged in properly. There may also be a bad connection on a board somewhere that you could have jarred loose. Without doing some test on the CRT drive boards and in the RGB drive circuits, its a hard call. If you cannot see anything loose, you may need to have a tech look at the set, as there are no user replaceable parts inside these sets. Let us know how you made out, and Good Luck.
