I am new to forum. I own the Sony trinitron TV model# KV-32FS12. I am having a problem with it. TV is working fine but I can not able to change the channel from TV or from Remote. In order to change the channel I have to press on the channel button on TV and on the Remote control simultaneously. if I follow this channel change fine. Volume control also had same problem. TV turn off fine with button on tv, that means I don't have to press TV and Remote simultaneously. Any ideas about this problem. If I have to follow the service manual who sells it or if there is one available somewhere on internet. Thank you in advance for any ideas and help.
