Hello, I purchased an Sandisk MP3 player M240 and its not working. Everytime I turn it on it says finalizing update. I plugged it via USB into my computer, but it doesn' t do anything, the computer won't even acknowlegde that its plugged it. Help!

I have the same friggin problem. I am so mad!
I had this problem, I called them and sent it back. They sent me a new one. Now the new one has the same problem. It seems to correlate with the battery dying out. I have no idea how to fix it either! help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
