Almost two years ago i purchased a Toshiba TV/VCR V-TV1402 TV and Video combo and have never had any problems with it. However on turning the TV on this morning on top of the picture on all channels including when a video is played a green display is shown with numbers going horizontally across the screen between 01 - 40 spread over five lines. Under each number is another number either 0 or 1. I have tried every option button on the remote (VT - 1402), which was supplied when i initially purchased the TV Combo, and on the menu on the TV set itself however the display does not alter or disappear. I have also tried unplugging the TV but the display remains.
please help! im so stumped!
