I have a Toshiba model number 65H80, it will not power up no lights no nothing completly dead, the set is only 5years old . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Called repair man 2 weeks ago, never called back. Help!
debj, sorry to hear that a fellow repirman has ignored a repair. has there been storms comming through your area? Anywho, toshiba sets like this one is common for the power supply to have a problem. most of the time it is with the power regulator IC. Its not a consumer replaceable thing, as there are no real user replaceable parets inside these sets. And there are no quick fixes for these sets. Im sorry I cant be more assistace to you.
