Tv Philips 27PT6441/37 Chassis L04.1U AA

I have bought a Television of (Philips) 27" PT6441/37 chassis L04.1UAA  I am getting real problem with the TV. It is frequently getting switched ON and OFF. Whenever I switch on the power the screen slowly glows in very greenish dull color and when it try to get its natural color the power gets OFF and after say a gap of 5 seconds it gets ON. This process repeats Continuously. . Please help me what to do. I have skills to change eletronics parts . my be same change  from factory
