We bought a new plasma, hooked it all up and thought we would try out a new dvd with it to see how great it was but when we started the dvd, it was in black & white. Some one told me it might be the sequence in which starting it. Any one ever heard of this?
It sounds as though you used component cables to hook it up, and one of the cables is loose or damaged. Check all connections (tightly plugged into correct ports); if still the same, try a different cable.
I am having the same trouble with our TV- have purchased 2 seperate DVDs and both now have had NO COLOR- black and white. We cannot figure it out. Any ideas anyone??
