My daughter has a samsung sgh-z107, she has managed to forget her password for the phone. Its not the SIM lock but the keypad lock. To make matters worse the phone ran out of charge and now when its charged we can't get past the main menu without entering the keypad code! Anyone got any ideas? I have tried taking the SIM out but like I say its the phone thats locked.

I have already downloaded that guide and unfortunately it does not offer as solution. I will phone orange today (our service provider) and see if they can help. Thanks for the advice. Will let you know how I get on. Kids - what are they like?
