I have a RCA digital voice recorder. I have taped some coversations that I despreatley need for court. Before I could get them backed up, they accidently got deleted. I had it in my pocket, and the lock on, but the button got pressed and it must have deleted the files. I REALLY need these files. Please help.

You did not give a model ? But I will inform you, that MOST voice recorders or data players, If you do not back up the files before erasing, They are lost forever. So sorry to inform you of the bad news my freind.
