I have a Magnavox Model # 27MS3404R/27 TV that when turning the TV on there is no picture and no sound. When I change channels with the remote after about 25 changes I start getting a goast picture and sound lasting a few seconds. Then still changing channels say another 15 times I get a picture and sound of excellent quality. Now on some stations the picture will last for a few hours on others it goes on and off at various times say a couple of minutes.
Does anyone have an idea for repairs. I am on toal disability SSI from Social Security and it is either I can fix it or No TV. Timothy Stone
