blurry picture on Durabrand t.v. model bh2004d

My t.v. is a little over a year old. The picture just went out one day. One day it was fine, the next, you can't see anything on the screen because it's blurry. It flickers every now and then like it's trying to straighten up, but it's not doing any good. SOmetimes, you can barely see the picture and others you can see it okay but it seems out of line. it's a model bh2004d durabrand 120v 60Hz 70 watts. How do I fix the picture on this thing?
