help

i have just bought a supportplus ellipse 1gb mp3 player,and started downloading music,all was going well i managed to get a varied assortment no long tracks about a 100 in all,so i transferred them to the player only to find that i could only play 60 of them,any suggestions most welcome,thanks all,mick
