i have a panasonic ct 2701 tv that when turned on it has white lines on the screen that after awhile they go to the top of the screen sometimes therers 2 lines at the top and some times theres four or five lines how can i fix this problem and can you send me step by step pictures of the board and instructions on how to fix the problem the lines seem to be folding the rest of the screen is fine only aboye 1-1/2 to 2inches at the top of the screen has the problem thanks.
You have a leaky electrolytic capacitor in the vertical section. check or replace the capacitors with simular ref# as the vertical ic
Check C451, C455, C456, C460, and IC451. let us know how you made out. Good Luck
