IITronics usb +mp3 palyer

I have a problem with my IITronics mp3 player. It does not work. First of all when i attach this with my pc it detects but when i click the icon of my usb it gives the message "The volume label is not valid. Please enter a valid volume label". what to do i have not the disk of my usb. please tell
