Your Sony DCR-DVD105 camcorder is capable of recording to 8cm (the small size) DVD-R, DVD-RW, and DVD+RW blank DVDs.
Your
DVD player's manual specifically states: "Discs that cannot be played
include DVD-Audio, DVD-ROM, CD-ROM, CDV, CD-G, +RW, DVD-RW, CVD,SACD,
Divx Video Discs, Photo CD, DVD-RAM that cannot be removedfrom their
cartridge, 2.6-GB and 5.2-GB DVD-RAM, and “Chaoji VCD” available on the
market including CVD, DVCD and SVCD that do not conform to IEC62107."
Given
the information that's available, you should probably use finalized
DVD-R discs for your recording purposes. They should be able to play in
your DVD player just fine. If you want to record to a rewritable disc,
a finalized +RW disc would probably be your best bet for compatibility.
Of course, there's no guarantee that any rewritable disc will work in
your existing player.
