The Audio/Video terminals and VCR are connected properly
The recorder records and plays DVD's Picture and sound are present . The unit's display and remote control work.When recording Television programmes the machjine shows on the display panel that the HDD is playing back but no picture or sound is present on the TV screen.Any suggestions please?
When your programming the DVD to record the signal, What are you trying to record.. Channels or video and is the recorder set to the proper channel that you want to record? I used to get this complaints alot from peeps when they were trying to record there cable or sat. shows on Video tape recorders. You have to tell the recorder what channel or source to record. If you have a sat. reciver or a cable box and your running it thru a channel such as channel 3 on your TV then thats the default channel you want to program your DVD recorder to record., you need to tell the recorder to record that channel and NOT the channel on the cable or sat reciver.
