recently bought aformentioned device from e-bay. problem is windows media cannot convert files to format of player. having visited i river support page and had no luck, is anyone able to give me any help!
The iRiver H10 supports music in MP3, WMA, and protected WMA formats (when transferred with WMP10). What format is your current digital audio files in?
matt, my files are in wma. this is 2nd device i've had from this buyer ( i returned the 1st) . as far as i'm aware i river was tailor made for windows xp as there was no problem with the 1st as far as format was concerned.
