If its churping , nine out of ten times the horizontal output transistor and or the flyback is defective. Now in some cases its a shorted scan power supply feed, that feeds the verticle sweep ic or the sound ICs. Its a job for a service person Im sorry to say unless your experienced repairing solid state electronics as there are no user serviceable parts inside this set. Good Luck
