I have a question. I would like to start recording footage from video games. Such as recording me playing a game. I need to know how to get the video straight to the Hi8 tape so that I can hook the camcorder up to the computer.
I don't want to just put up a tri-pod and point the camera at the screen you know? I'm talking about capturing the footage from the game or movie straight to the camera.
I read there is a way of converting VHS to Hi8 so this means I could record the gaming on a VHS tape, which I actually know how to do, and then convert it to the Hi8. But I can't find any sort of tutorial or any form of instructions on it.
