LCD TV (JVC) Picture/Colour problems

I have only had the LCD TV for about a month.  It was working fine today.  I went to work and l left my mother in law with the TV and told her how to use it. When I came home she told me that she turned in on and couldn't get a very good picture.  She tells me that she didn't push any more buttons than to turn it on and change the channel.  I then turned it on and it looks like that everything in the picture that would be a reflective light (ie: on a bald head the light shining on that persons head) has turned pink and at some stages the picture has green shades across the picture.  I have been through the instruction booklet and tried all the colour settings and am unable to fix it.  Can anyone help???
