I found this link to a 5-way HDMI switch:

This doesn't require external power and even better, adds another remote to the mix!!! Anyone know a good reason not to grab this or similar contraption? Seems like a much cheaper solution than upgrading the whole TV, right?
I haven't yet had the opportunity to play around with HDMI switches, but the first thing that came to mind is how it will handle HDCP material. The switch does claim that it's HDCP compliant, but nothing more specific. Provided the HDCP standard doesn't drastically change in the year or two ahead, I don't see any reason why this switch, or similar ones, are a bad way to add HDMI inputs to your TV.
Of course, if you have one of those elusive devices or TVs that don't handle HDMI audio very well, you may need to pick up a seperate switch for digital audio.
Matt, good point about te HDCP. I've been reading about that lately and was naively thinking it wouldn't affect me. So far, none of the HDMI-based devices I have are using HDCP so this is still an attractive option I think.
The idea of a separate switch for digital audio is very unattractive.
