PV 390-1

well i am trying to get the player to accept files from my comp. but, when i try to play the video files I get a error message file error/disc error and the instructions that come with the player are not to helpful. it playes vids that came with the player but not ones that i trans code with comp and transfer to player. Can any one help????????????????/ THANK YOU
