Old Toshiba 31 inch CRT TV

I have a toshiba 31 inch CRT TV it's about 10 yrs old that I recently moved from 1st to upstairs bedroom. The problem is the vertical height of the picture has changed. Not a big problem except when watching a game the scores are posted at the top of the screen it'spartially cutoff. Newer crt TV's don't have the Vertical and Horizontal adjustments the old crt tv's used to have in the back. Is there any way to adjust the vertical height of the picture?????
