Please Help...My guns show on the screen!!

Has anyone ever heard of this??? I have a 1998 Sears LXI Magnavox 52" rear projection screen tv (Model #: 626.54528690) which I just recently refilled the guns. The blue was bad, but refilled all three. Now when I turn on my tv, it starts out with a pixel which expands to all three guns visible on the screen, as if you can see them right behind the screen. The guns appear twice actually (Real big on the Top left of screen).. Never seen anything like it.. Took off screen, placed it facing the wall, set convergence, the picture is beautiful against the white wall... Please, I am stumped, have no idea...
