help with 555 Audio mp3 player install - Model dfp750 pls

Having real trouble installing MP3 player on my system... Brand is 555 Audio Model DFP750 (MPIO) I have Windows ME - I followed instrctions - loaded accompanying CD but when I look at the program in the Start menu - only option is to uninstall - no other files in that folder? any thoughts?
