Remote for RJTech-800 DVX

We've had problems with the buttons on this player as well as the remote since we bought it over a year ago. In fact, the remote hasn't worked for a long time, but RJTech won't replace it for free.

We would like to buy a universal remote but don't know the code for RJTech. Does anyone know it? Alternatively, can someone recommend a site where we can search for this?
