hi,i have just bought a cnmemory mp3 player the instructions have been poorly translated into english !!! i have installed the disc which came with player again the instructions are unreadable i have tried to download my music from my library on win media version 10,but cannot find any music please help if you can,peter
I have a similar problem and need help also. I have no idea the brand name. I bought it off ebay. The person had a hight rating so I trusted it. The manual is so poorly translated. I hooked it up to the computer and it started recharging. I started looking at the software then all of a sudden the player shut off. I can no longer turn it on and the computer doesn't recognize that it is connected. I've e-mailed the person, but he said it was in the manual that I you shouldn't load the updates. I don't see that anywhere in the manual. He won't help, can someone out there help?
