hi
have a superb ud-m3, but............! the cd is not working, it loads and unloads but will not read the cd cant hear any motor , has anyone an idea? would happily replace the whole cd unit (cr2nl, but cant find any!!)any help greatfully accepted.

Hello Roland - i know what is most probably wrong with your UDM3 - there will be a blown circuit fuse on the main board under the CD mech. A lot of dismantling is required to get to it and fitting a 300mA instead of 250mA fuse will most likely make it work again. I have repaired a lot of these units and this is by far the most common fault!
