Don't really care if I fix this old Toshiba V.C.R. that my neighbor gave to me--But---it has a problem I have never run into. ONLY WHEN FIRST STARTED COLD,it has low voltage to basket, tape load, drum and capstan. After 5-10 min. it's up to speed and works just fine. Turn it off and it's back to slow /low volts in 10-15 min. Go figure! If any one cares it's a Toshiba M-239-C.
