I have a Motorola T720 and all other sounds work, except the rings. When incoming call comes in no ring.
I did a master reset, and a master clear. Took out battery for about 15 minutes. And still nothing.
What's up? I have forgotten the code to go in and reset phone. I have found in the past that has worked.

Try these options to reset:
Master Reset - Reset all options except unlock code, security code, lifetime timer:
Go to M > Settings > Initial Setup > Master Reset
Master Clear - Reset all options except unlock code, security code, lifetime timer, clear all user settings and entries except SIM card information:
Go to M > Settings > Initial Setup > Master Clear
