Muting keeps occuring on my TV, without any prompts from me! I have unplugged and retried, but it keeps happening. ANy suggestions?
Have you verified that the remote hasn't gone haywire. Remove the remote from the room and try again. If it still does it, you'll need to get the set diagnosed by a technician.
