DRM message appears on Swurv5 mp3 player

I have a 1GB Swurv 5 and have been downloading songs into Windows Media Player then into the Swurv 5. When trying to play songs, some display the "need DRM tifo or tivo" message. How can I play the songs? I received the license when downloading to WMP. These downloads are in WMA format.

According to my resources,

According to my resources, the Swurv 5 is incapable of playing DRM protected music files. It will play any unprotected MP3, WMA, ASF, or WAV file. If you're having a problem playing tracks you ripped in to your computer from a CD, the "Copy Protect Music" box in your "Rip Music" settings may be checked. Unfortuantely, if you purchased these songs from a legitimate on-line music store, you will be unable to play them on your Swurv 5.
