Philips Combo TV/VCR Repair

I have the subject TV (Model No. CCB092AT01)and the horizontal hold does not appear to hold when the TV has been on for a while (i.e. the screen portion of the TV narrows and the top portion has white horizontal lines which appear to fold over onto the lower portion of the screen). When you change channels, the channel number in the left top of the screen appears backwards. This happens when playing both a VCR tape and when the TV is hooked up to the cable.

Does anyone know what could potentially be causing this problem.
