I have uploaded songs to my son's mp3 player and we can see the songs are there but it will not play them.These are songs we bought off the Walmart site. They are WMA and it says that the player supports that type..PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks ALOT

The Macvision MA833A does play WMA files, but it cannot play DRM protected content. Music purchased from online stores like Wal-Mart is protected by a copy protection system known as digital rights management.
Though they do not specifically say so anywhere on their site, it does state on page 25 in your manual that the player cannot play DRM protected content.
I have a macvision mp3 player. Songs are recorded ,but, player won't play. Can someone help me figure this out. get frustrated!!
