MY TV IS WIERDLY BROKEN. i just took out the tv plug and then plugged it back and in then the tv doesnt show any picture but there is sound. I can't be cable due to the Audio/Video Screen (supposed to be black) is coming with white lines just like normal channels. Any suggestions on what might be the problem. and my warranty has also expired

What kind of cable did you unplug, then plug back in? S-vid, composite, RF, component?
Are you sure it's not the cable? Did you try another one to be sure?
Did you try cycling the inputs to give the TV an opportunity to re sync?
