zenith dvc2200c

I have a Zenith dvc2200c dvd player. I was navigating the setup menu and involuntarily changed the signal output to "component" or something along that wording. I now get sound but no video and since I have no video I can't bring up my setup menu. Can this be solved by restoring to factory default settings and how do I accomplish this? Thanks for any input.
