Hi all. I just bought a Sony Multi-Media computer/disc changer and have been having some problems.
1) I have a network connection, but when I try to download the guide it never seems to complete. I have wireless cable modem with a good signal???? Any suggestions?
2) The system has frozen a couple of times and I've been completely unable to unfreeze and have had to power down the unit. When I restart it, sometimes it freezes again while loading windows. This doesn't happen every time, but it's already happened twice and I'm a little concerned.
