Sony CD Mavica repairing data message

I have a cd full of 100 Christmas pics, which I was able to view that evening. Now when I turn on the camera, it says "repairing data" then only shows 23 pics. I tried also on my computer, but it will not copy all of the pics. Any way to get the other 77 pics off this disk? Thanks for any help. Linda
