My kids and I were taking a television set apart to use the parts for whatever and we accidentally broke the picture tube? and it started hissing. We moved away from it pretty quickly but I wanted to know what was hissing out of the television and is dangerous?
I believe it may just be air. It may contain some Nitrogen too. If it was dangerous there probley would have some warning on the tube or the set itself. I not completly sure though.
