chasses-ptv-835 the tv i have the picture tubes does not light up when turned on. only the green light in front is on. checked every thing and somebody said i could have a bad chip on power board could it be something else. thanks

Battling the same problem, any luck?
I've been poking around the circuit boards looking for obvious problems. I think I found some bad solder and maybe a bad resistor so far, but not completely sure.
Im working on it right now, I'll let you know if anything changes.
