My Computer wont recognize my MP3 Player...

Hello all, i just got an MP3 Player today it is a samsung YH-925GS its a great MP3 player but my computer cant find the correct drivers for it. I have been on the phone with customer service but they think i need to send it in for repair. I had my friend take it to his house and try it out on his computer and it worked fine he put a bunch of songs on it but when i try it on mine it doesnt work. Im running Windows XP and all my system stuff is up to par with the player. When i connect it to the PC though the player says CONNECTED but the computer says Found: YH-925, but then it runs the Driver Finder window thing and says it cant find the software even though i installed, uninstalled, reinstalled man times it still doesnt work. I have tried every thing i know (using all the different USB ports, and stuff like that) any help would be greatly appreciated. Like i said the computer finds it but doesnt find the drivers for it and thus any programs relatiing to it say that the device is not connected. Thanks for all your time!

Use the driver finder window

Use the driver finder window to search the computer's local disks for the correct driver. That's normally fixed any driver issues I've ran into in the past. If you know where the driver actually resides on your machine, you can specify which driver it should use.

Give that a go and post back.
