When I turn on my Magnavox TV all I get is a blue screen - no sound and no picture. It was working fine until we had some issues with our satellite - we hooked it up to the phone line for downloads. After talking to tech support at the satellite company, we found that the issue is in our tv. How can t his be fixed?
A blue screen usually means that you have no signal going to the set, or it is switched to the video input mode. make sure your input source or video source is good. Try to see if you have a menu. Let us know how yyou both made out please. Good Luck
I fix my TV and i replace the flyback because when i on my TV after 5 minutes they slowly disappear the video. I ask to the TV technician then told me to replace the flyback .After i replace it i turn on my TV and its not already dissapearing the video even its an hour open i thout that is ok but all I get is a blue screen.....no sound and no picture.My TV is TCL model# 21189P Can this be fixed and if so how?
