I'm looking for any feedback about my camera. My camera's screen went totally white, I can't see the pictures that are taken. Also on the view picture mode the lens does not hide when switched. Any help would be appreciated.

my camera is benq dc e53. i seem to have similar problem though not identical,my screen is visible but the picture is partially or wholly whited out
any help would be appreciated
