pioneer macc problem

i have a pioneer elite receiver and it was sent for repair after power surge made macc light flash on and off.now today power in area went off and when it came on it happened again.has anyone had the same problem,it is going into a panamax surge center!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
